MM YouDream Consulting LTD and Dream Job Platform (hereinafter the ‘’Platform’’) is committed to protecting the personal information of each user, student or anyway client/customer. We will collect, process and use user’s personal data exclusively in compliance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”), the applicable Cyprus legislation as amended from time to time and any other legal and/or regulatory obligations.

This Privacy Policy includes information regarding the procedures followed by MM YouDream Consulting Ltd for the use of its Platform Dreamjob.services(hereinafter, “us”, “we”, or “https:// Dreamjob.services  ”) by any individual (‘’you’’) and apply any time that you use our Platform. We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we gather about you while operating our Platform, what we use that information for and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose that information.  It also sets out your rights in relation to your information and who you can contact for more information or queries.

Platform Visitors

Dream Job’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how YouDream Training’s visitors use its platform. From time to time, Dreamjob.services  may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its platform. The collection of non-personally-identifying information is not regulated under the legislation for the protection of personal data.

However we may also collects personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on https:// Dreamjob.services  blog posts.

We process personally-identifying information being personal data that we receive from you in the context of our academic relationship and the provision of our services to you.

Also we may collect personally-identifying information, when you choose to interact with Dreamjob.services  in ways that require Dreamjob.services  to gather personally-identifying information. However, we may hold and use such information without consent for limited statutory purposes such as monitoring compliance with our equal opportunities policies and health and safety rules, or if necessary to protect your vital interests, for legal claims, or in the public interest.

In such cases, you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please note that by deleting your data your  profile will also be deleted.

By registering and/or submitting personal information to Dreamjob.services , you acknowledging that Dreamjob.services  may use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your consent, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards.

We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy. Our Platform is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or store information about children. For the purposes of this privacy statement, “children” are individuals under the age of eighteen.

As an academic institution operating through our Platform, we are required to comply with certain legal and regulatory obligations, as well as certain industry standards, which may involve the processing of personal data. We may, for example, need to obtain and process personal information from all the students or trainees of our academic institution. We may also need to provide information to a public body or law enforcement agency when we are so required.

Dreamjob.services  may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its platform. Dreamjob.services  may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However,  Dreamjob.services  does not disclose your personally-identifying information for such reasons.

With regard to the transfer of data to recipients outside the company, we note that are under a duty to maintain discretion with respect to individuals related and other matters and assessments of which we acquire knowledge as an academic institution. We may disclose information that concerns you if we are legally required to do so pursuant the provisions of the GDPR, applicable local legislation as amended from time to time as well as any other relevant legislation.

Where the party to whom we share your personal information is a legal entity, we hereby affirm that we will take all reasonable steps and/or actions to confirm that the employees and/or representatives of such a third party will execute their duties in accordance with the highest industry standards and will comply with all provisions and requirements of the provisions of this Privacy Notice and the Cyprus Law and regulations on the protection of personal data (as amended from time to time) and GDPR and any legislation to success it or complement it.                                                              

In any case when the Personal Data shall be disclose to any recipient outside the European Union we will ensure that there are adequate measures and safeguards in place to protect your personal data that comply with our legal obligations and that direct recipients shall provide the same level of protection as within the European Union. We ensure that a legal basis for such a transfer exists and that adequate protection for the personal data is provided as required by applicable law. We use contractual clauses under which require that the receiving party uses appropriate technical and organizational information security measures

The above policy includes all Coaches, English Coaches and HR Operators that are under Affiliation with You Dream Consulting Ltd.

All the Affiliates have signed a GDPR compliance agreement with YouDream Consulting Ltd and therefore in case of violation of their GDPR compliance obligations, YouDream Consulting Ltd does not bear any responsibility and the consequences of such will only affect the Affiliates.

In the case that YouDream Consulting Ltd find that there is a breach of the respective agreement, reserves the right to terminate the cooperation immediately with the respective Affiliate; and all the services the Affiliate provides YouDream Consulting Ltd with will be ceased and replaced.

 

Security

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security measures in order to protect personally identifiable data and information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. In particular, we ensure that all appropriate confidentiality obligations and technical and organizational security measures are in place to prevent any unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data and the accidental loss or destruction of or damage to such information and data. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Additionally we have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
